How to make cold brew coffee and tea

Basic recipe for cold brew coffee in FREDDA:
​

1. Pour coffee powder and drinking water into the upper pot of FREDDA
   Brew ratio: 1:10~1:8 for coffee brewing, the extraction will present a layered flavor of original coffee beans
   Coffee grind size: Between fine to medium and medium to coarse grind degree
   Water temperature：4 °C~40 °C (room temperature water)
   
   
2. Start the cold brewing process with one click
   FREDDA's Adjustable Parameters:
   Stir strength：3 Levels (Low/Middle/High)
   Stir period：0-120 Sec
   Steep period：0-360 Sec
   Vacuum pressure：3 Levels (Low/Middle/High)​

• Stir strength: influences the coffee extraction and bloom levels.
• Stir period: influences the intensity of the flavor.
• Steeping period: influences the body and sweetness of the extract.
• Vacuum level: influences the aroma and crema of the extraction.

Tip: Experiment with different stir strength, stir period, steeping period and vacuum pressure settings on FREDDA until you find the best combination to suit your recipe. Each parameter is closely related to one another.
