Return & Refund

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team within 30 days (14 days in the case of buyer remorse*) of delivery through one of the following ways to receive further instructions:
​
  1. If the purchase was made at one of our distributors or authorized resellers, contact them first.
  2. If the purchase was made on our website, fill in the contact form below and we will reach out to you shortly.

You may need to provide your order number, purchase receipt and serial number of the product. Our support team will also need your email address and phone number. FREDDA Europe will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Conditions for returns

Return process should be initiated within 30 days (in the case of defective product) / 14 days (in the case of buyer remorse*) of delivery by contacting us through one of the two ways mentioned above.

  1. The product(s) should not be heavily damaged / used, i.e., the product should look almost new and returned along with all the original accessories and documents. Send the defective product(s) along with all the original accessories and documents in the original packaging (if possible) or equivalent.
  2. The product should be unused in the case of buyer remorse*.
  3. Enclose the original packing slip with the product. If you cannot send your packing slip, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the product. Make sure to add the return label (will be provided by the support team after you contact them with all the required information described) to the package. Be certain to save copies of all the documents for your records.
  4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. If the returned product(s) are accepted after verifying the above conditions, the return shipping charges will be refunded.

*Buyer remorse – Return of non-defective, unused product(s).

Refund

Once we receive the product(s) which meet the above return condition(s) by Fredda-Europe, the refund will be processed within 14 working days through the same means of payment as used by the customer for the initial transaction.
