How long does the limited warranty last?
In addition to any applicable, statutory consumer guarantee(s) Fredda-Europe offers a one-year limited, manufacturer's warranty for the machine and parts. All limited warranties begin on the date of purchase.
What is covered?
FREDDA Europe’s limited warranty covers failures in components or manufacturing defects defects that might occur during normal use of your cold brew maker. This does not apply to consumables or accessories such as filter papers, to the upper or lower pots, the top inner cover, stirrers, plastic filters, the metal ring or the coffee grounds tray. Defects resulting from improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs or failure to follow operational instructions are also excluded. Damages caused by the use of accessories and parts that were not supplied by FREDDA Europe void the limited warranty.

Does the limited warranty depend on where I bought my FREDDA Europe product?
Yes, the limited warranty is valid only on products bought through the official online store, distributors and authorized resellers. Otherwise, the limited warranty is void. Proof of purchase will be requested. Do I have to provide my cold brew maker’s serial number to activate the limited warranty? Yes. The serial number must be provided prior to receiving limited warranty service. In addition, Fredda-Europe’s limited warranty is not transferable. Once you register your cold brew maker’s serial number, you are the only one who can request limited warranty service for the duration of the warranty period. What if some item that is covered does break, how do I get it fixed? In this case, please contact us to confirm your problem and next steps. Replaced parts and products must be returned to Fredda-Europe. How can I purchase accessories and consumables? You may purchase the accessories and consumables from our website, official online stores, distributors and local resellers. How can I contact FREDDA Europe to get limited warranty service? Paid repair In situations where the Fredda-Europe product purchased is out of warranty or does not meet the conditions, some reasonable fee will be required for materials and repairs. You may contact us (through the contact form) or an official reseller for support. |
